Ch Xoe's Oscar De La Hoya won in Pugs. He was Canada's top Pug and #3 All breeds. He also won the breed at the Pug Dog Club of America National Specialty this past Semptember. Congratulations to his owner/handler Elyse Fernedes and owner Leanna Mottus.. Oscar is a very beautiful TYPEY Pug who shows his heart out! He will wow all in the group tonight.
