CATCHING UP IN JACKSON TN

GCH CH Cragsmoor Buddy Goodman

We’re back from Jackson TN and have results from yesterday’s and today’s shows.  Arlene Davis had Friday’s final of the day one show of the Jackson Tennessee Dog Fanciers Association and her pick of the English Springer Spaniel, GCH CH Wynmoor Champagne Supernova, the Afghan Hound, GCH CH Thaon’s Wallstreet, the Boxer, GCH CH Winfall I Dream of Style, the Skye Terrier, GCH CH Cragsmoor Buddy Goodman, the Italian Greyhound, GCH CH Bo-Bett’s Open Button, the Schipperke, GCH CH Dante’s Fire When Ready HOF, and the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, GCH CH Coventry’s Pageant.

Best went to the Skye, Buddy.  Buddy is the country’s Number Three Terrier based on all breed points, but is the Number One Terrier based on the Number of Terrier Groups won.  He has 42 Terrier Group Ones so far this year.  That’s more than twice the number of any other Terrier.  Wow!

Today’s day two show of the JTDFA ended with Buddy back in the final ring with judge Elizabeth Muthard and the above named Springer, the Basenji, GCH CH Gossip Girl, the previously mentioned Boxer, the Blenheim & Prince Charles English Toy Spaniel, GCH CH Royalist Ready to Reign, the Standard Poodle, GCH CH Dacun Kaylen's He's A Heartbreaker, and the German Shepherd Dog, GCH CH Bandheim’s Captain Crunch.

She chose the GSD, Capi, as her Best In Show.  Mexican import, Capi, now has seven BIS and 33 Herding Group top prizes.
