FAREGO-MOORHEAD KENNEL CLUB

GCH CH Dante Fire When Ready HOF

Our last show report from this past weekend is from West Fargo ND where the Fargo-Moorhead Kennel Club hosted a trio of shows.  The breakout performance of the set came from the Schipperke, GCH CH Dante Fire When Ready HOF, who picked up his first two all breed Bests of the year, taking both Friday’s and Sunday’s top prizes.   On Friday Jon Cole picked TJ out of a line up that included  the German Shorthaired Pointer, CH Robin Crest Spectacular Bid JH, the Whippet, GCH CH Sporting Field’s Bahama Sands, the Boxer, CH Nantess Royal Hot Rod, the Welsh Terrier, CH Abbeyrose Jersey Boy, the Pug, GCH CH Casper’s Sirius Endeavor,  and the Australian Shepherd, CH Baliwick Thousands Cheered.

On Sunday, TJ would face five of Friday’s finalists and the German Shepherd Dog, CH River Rock’s Hotel California RN, before Paula Hartinger would award him his second big rosette.  TJ has been this year’s nemesis of the Standard Poodles & Bichons, winning 14 Non-Sporting Groups so far.  Congratulations to breeders Gene Johnson & Amy Gossman, owners Amy Gossman, Michael Jameson MD, P Allsion & Sandra Middlebrooks, and handler Erin Roberts.

Saturday Robert Whitney would see TJ, the above named Whippet, the Boxer, Welsh, & GSD,   the American Water Spaniel, Game Crk Hot Diggity, and the Shih Tzu, Symarun’s Love T’Look.  He would choose the Whippet, Tawny, as his BIS.  Tawny has been sitting patiently in the Number Eleven Dog All Breeds spot for several weeks.  We can hear her scratching at the door now that she has twelve big rosettes this year.
