GALVESTON COUNTY KC

GCH CH PalaceGarden Malachy

The big weekend in Houston TX wrapped up today with the Galveston County Kennel Club show.  The last seven to get a chance at one of the year’s biggest prizes were the Golden Retriever, GCH CH Scion’s Hott Pants RN, the Pharaoh Hound, GCH CH Northgate‘s As Yu Like It, the Rottweiler, CH Gamegards Rhythm of the Rain, the Lakeland Terrier, Iron Van Foliny Home, the Pekingese, GCH CH PalaceGarden Malachy, the Bichon Frise, GCH CH Saks Hamelot Little Drummer Boy, and the Border Collie, GCH CH Kensington’s Artful Dodger.
Dana Cline handed the final big rosette and better than 2000 points to the Peke, Malachy.  Malachy now has 30 BIS this year, more than any other dog in AKC.  The win will not only put him back in the Number Two Dog All Breeds spot, but it will put him right on the heels of the  Number One Dog.
