We are going to start backtracking now across the US and go to Crosby Texas for a visit with the San Jacinto Kennel Club.  Saturday’s final was called by William Bergum who chose from the Chesapeake Bay Retriever, CH Chesabar's Anyone Anyone,  the Basenji, CH Sundiata's Desert Cowboy, the Giant Schnauzer, CH Seven Seas Auroras Adonis, the Miniature Schnauzer, GCH CH Rockyhill Icees Raisin' The Bar, the Maltese, GCH CH Chrisman’s Shiny Toy Gun, the French Bulldog, CH Tinkertime Justus Smooth Operator, and the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, GCH CH Riverside’s Get Over It.

He chose the Maltese, Gunner, as his BIS.  That’s the second this year for Gunner and handler Tonia Holibaugh.

GCH CH Riverside’s Get Over It

Sunday, Gunner and the above named Miniature Schnauzer & Corgi, were back to see Dr Carol White-Moser.  Rounding out the seven were the Golden Retriever, GCH CH Glengowan’s Great Balls of Fire, the Afghan Hound, Pahlavi I Believe I Can Fly, the Boxer, GCH CH Breho Fortuity Shared Treasure, and the Keeshond, GCH CH Trumpet’s Winner Takes All.

Her Best In Show was the Corgi, GiGi.  It’s the first BIS for GiGi, giving breeder/owner/handler Deb Shindle four consecutive generations of BIS winning bitches. Congratulations to Deb and co-breeder Tonya Jordan.
