Judge Col Jerry Weiss’ top two at the day two show of the
Livonia Kennel Club in Novi MI may not have been in 2012’s Top Twenty All
Breeds, but we saw enough of them last year to know that they are likely
candidates for that groups this year.
Col Weiss’ BIS was the Shetland Sheepdog, GCH CH Grandgables The Frat
Boy, and his RBIS was the Shih Tzu, GCH CH Hallmark Jolei Bells Will be
Ringing.
Rounding out his final were the Golden Retriever, GCH CH Summits
Emery It's In The Bag, the Saluki, GCH CH Sandstorm Blue Nile Bubbles of
Jatara, the Standard Schnauzer, GCH CH Blackhawk Finnegan’s Wake, the Wire Fox
Terrier, GCH CH Gordon’s Bite of the Apple, and the Standard Poodle, GCH CH
Jaset’s Satisfaction.
The Sheltie, Brother, was the first BIS winner of 2013 and has
already this year matched his 2012 record of two BIS. Yeah, the Top Twenty seems reachable.
