They finished as they did the day before, with the Corgi, Allie, as Best, and the Wire Fox, Sky, as Reserve.  The two wins are two of the biggest of Allie’s impressive career.  We will have to wait until all the results are in before we can tell you how much Allie’s tenth BIS will improve her standing. Our thanks to Kevin Rogan for providing this show report.

The Miniature Pinscher, GCH CH Marlex Classic Red Glare, has become the fourth dog this year to reach the milestone of 100 career BIS.   The winningest MinPin in AKC history hit the mark at Friday’s Sawnee Mountain Kennel Club Of Georgia show in Atlanta GA, under judge Kent Delaney, who had given Classie her first breed & group one at the tender age of six month & four days.

On hand to witness the historic occasion were the German Shorthaired Pointer, GCH CH Ehrenvogel Say Cheese, judge Delaney’s RBIS, the Afghan Hound, GCH CH Tells Matrix Reloaded, the Boxer, GCH CH Hi-Tech The King of Sherry Shoot Jp, the West Highland White Terrier, GCH CH  Deerhaven Hez Justin Kredible at Orion, the Chinese Shar-Pei, GCH CH Jade East Do You Know The Way To San Jose, and the Puli, GCH CH Cordmaker Topsy Turvey.

Classie has been AKC’s Number One Miniature Pinscher for four straight years and is a two time winner of the Miniature Pinscher Club of America national specialty.  2013 is Classie’s best year yet.  Here two thirds through the season, Classie is the nation’s Number One Toy Dog and Number Three Dog All Breeds with 47 BIS and 78 Toy Groups to her credit.  We congratulate breeder Carole Mohr-Rio, owner Leah Monte, and owner/handler Armando Angelbello on this monumental achievement and thank them all for sharing this wonderful little dog with all of us.
