RARE BREEDS BIS IN WASHINGTON

GCH CH Jotunn Bella Binna 

We started this week telling you that we are seeing a lot of first time BIS winners this season. Just three weeks ago were reporting the first ever BIS by a Norwegian Buhund. This week we can tell you that GCH CH Jotunn Bella Binna, picked up her second BIS at Saturday’s Mt Baker Kennel Club show in Lynden WA. 

Judge Sandy Wheat also liked the Bullmastiff, CH Banstock N Highpoint New Day Bruin At Kimo, whom she gave the RBIS. Rounding out the final were the Flat-Coated Retriever, GCH CH Windy Hill God Of Fire RN JH CGC, the Black & Tan Coonhound, GCH CH Southchase’s Wilbert Roy, the Bedlington Terrier, GCH CH Pineriver’s Show Me The Money, the Toy Poodle, North Well Vivian JP Rose Queen, and the Dalmatian, GCH CH Country Luvz A Rockstar. 

GCH CH Windy Hill God Of Fire RN JH CGC 

Binna, the Flat Coat, and the Toy Poodle would return to final ring on Sunday. Joining them were the Afghan Hound, GCH DC Perfection Cheria Electric Ice SC, the Siberian Husky, Vanaca’s T Hunter’s Lullaby, the West Highland White Terrier, GCH CH Whitebriar Jaw Dropper, and the American Eskimo Dog, GCH CH Emerald Citys Wildcard Winner. 


North Well Vivian JP Rose Queen 

Judge Jay Richardson would choose the Flat Coat, Kasey, as his Best and the Toy Poodle, Vivian, as his Reserve. It’s the first BIS for Kasey and handler Tony Stark. Congratulations to Tony, breeders/owners Dr Robert R Rickert & Sonja Rickert, Monroe, co-breeders, Leanne M Selof & Mark Bettis, and owners Ken Johnson & Cathy Johnson.
