GCH CH Rivergrove’s Sky’s The Limit 

Wisconsin fanciers had their own take on the four day show week, opting to start their quartet of shows in Waukesha WI on Saturday with the Waukesha Kennel Club’s day one show. Judge John Bink had the opening final and his pick of the English Setter, GCH CH Stargazer N Wingfield Wait Wait Don’t Tell, the Otterhound, GCH CH Aberdeen’s Under The Influence, the Great Pyrenees, GCH CH Rivergrove’s Sky’s The Limit, the Border Terrier, GCH CH Meadowlake Pants On Fire, the Brussels Griffon, GCH CH Fist Face A Penny For Your Thought, the Bichon Frise, GCH CH Cher Ami’s Toast With Remy Martin, and the German Shepherd Dog, GCH CH Lockenhaus Rumor Has It V Kenlyn. 

Taking the BIS was the Pyrenees, Sky. Collecting the RBIS was the Setter, Teller. It was the first BIS for Sky. Congratulations to breeder/owner Jean A Boyd, co-breeder McKee Cox, and owners John R Hanover DVM & Joan Hanover. 

 GCH CH Stargazer N Wingfield Wait Wait Don’t Tell Judge 

Burton Yamada would pick it up at Sunday’s WKC encore where he would see the same Setter, Otterhound, Bichon, & GSD, the Rottweiler, GCH CH Gamegards I’ll Have Another V Braeside, the Staffordshire Bull Terrier, GCH CH Cumhill Hell Raiser, and the Pug, GCH CH Hill County Tag I’m It. He would name the Teller, the English Setter, his Best, and the Pug, JJ, his Reserve. Teller has been working his way up the rankings this pat month, collecting five of his 12 BIS this year during the month of July. He started the month as the Number Three Sporting Dog and is now Number Two Sporting Dog and gaining on Number One with seven BIS and 35 Sporting groups.

Monday the scene would move to Elkhorn WI for the Burlington Wisconsin Kennel Club’s two shows and one dog, the Pug, JJ, would take the next two big rosettes. On Monday judge Barbara Dempsey Alderman would choose JJ and the returning GSD, Rumor, from a seven that included the Welsh Springer Spaniel, GCH CH Trystyn Statesman Cactus Blue, the Basset Hound, GCH CH Barnyard 3 Oaks Spark Of Hope, the returning Rottweiler & StaffyBull, and the Dalmatian, GCH CH Merry Go Round Coach Master. 

GCH CH Lockenhaus Rumor Has It V Kenlyn 

Judge Judy Webb would see it the same way on Tuesday naming JJ her Best & Rumor her Reserve, while the German Shorthaired Pointer, GCH CH Kan-Points Makin The Chase, the above named Otterhound, the Doberman Pinscher, GCH CH Phillmar Superman, the Dandie Dinmont Terrier, GCH CH Kings Mtn Angelina Ballerina, and the returning Dalmatian looked on. The two BIS brings JJ’s 2014 record to five BIS and 22 Toy Groups .
