As a Cairn Terrier owner, we are delighted when we get to report an all too rare BIS by a Cairn.   The Cairn Terrier, GCH CH Hjohoo's Save Hjour Love For Me, provided us with that happy opportunity by taking the big rosette at Saturday’s Santa Ana Valley Kennel Club show in Costa Mesa CA.

GCH CH Mythical Traveling In Style

Judge Gregory Anderson might have chosen the Irish Setter, GCH CH Jadestar Ride 'Em Cowboy, the Basset Hound, GCH CH Splash's Oceanic Whitetip Shark, the Bernese Mountain Dog, GCH CH Alpenspirit It's Our Game, his RBIS, the Pomeranian, GCH CH Mythical Traveling In Style, the Bichon Frise, GCH CH Karmel's Banana In Pajamas, or the German Shepherd Dog, GCH CH Covy Tucker Hills Kean Marc Flash Drive PT, but he didn’t.

It is the third BIS of the year for Lexie.  Lexie is the only Cairn to have won a BIS in the last three seasons.

GCH CH Quiet Creek’s Limited Edition

On Sunday judge Patricia Ulloa would see the Weimaraner, GCH CH Simpatico Equal Justice, the Bloodhound, GCH CH Quiet Creek’s Limited Edition, the Siberian Husky, GCH CH Livewire Rumor Has It @ Britestar, Lexie, the above named Pom, the Finnish Spitz, GCH CH Mickywins Mainio Skandia CGC, and the German Shepherd Dog, GCH CH Covy Tucker Hills Kean Marc Flash Drive PT.  She would choose the Bloodhound, Bob, for her BIS and the Pom, Diego, once again, as the RBIS.  It was the first of the year for Bob.  Congratulations to breeder/owner Susan Lacroix Hamil and handler Tara Schultz.
