GCH CH Derby’s Toast with Gusto 

If you are a dog show enthusiast July is the month to visit Texas. Exhibitors will work their way from Dallas this weekend to San Antonio the next, and end up in Houston the week after that. The Greater Swiss Mountain Dog from Houston, GCH CH Derby’s Toast with Gusto, collected the first all-breed BIS of the Texas Tour at Friday’s Trinity Valley Kennel Club show in Dallas.

Joining Gus and handler Scott Sommer in judge Delores Burkholder’s final were the German Shorthaired Pointer, GCH CH Ehrenvogel Achy Breaky Heart, the Whippet, GCH CH Karasar’s Resurgence, the Wire Fox Terrier, GCH CH Hampton Court’s Monte Cristo, the RBIS, the Pomeranian, GCH CH Hitimes What the Inferno, the Bulldog, GCH CH Wilson's I'm Your Handyman, and the German Shepherd Dog, GCH CH Lockenhaus Rumor Has It v Kenlyn. Gus is the US’ Number Nine Working Dog with eight BIS and 37 Working Groups this year.
